The 2.4 GHz RC model, made mainly of metal (!) weighs about 2.5 kg. A total of six proportionally controlled electronic high-performance gears move this monumental RC vehicle safely and precisely toward its target.
The right and left sides of the track chassis can be steered individually and proportionally to maneuver the excavator precisely to the desired location.
The turret can be rotated 360 degrees or more as it runs wirelessly in a "RING". The question of what the front of the excavator is when the turret has been rotated several times during a prolonged period of digging is sometimes not at all easy to answer.
This is where the electronic components come in. With the push of a button, the turret moves to the "normal position". This means: where the excavator arm points forward.
The excavator is proportionally controlled via three gears, and is capable of digging just like the original, and that means even below the floor line. And thus it is possible to dig trenches or wells.
The excavator is operated by remote control. With this command center, the excavator driver has all functions at hand. The new joystick control elements duplicate the actual control movements of an excavator just like the original.
Using the new controller, there is no problem in issuing precise control commands for excavation, firming, extension and separation. For greater safety when operating the model, and also to prevent damage, each of the six gears is equipped with a slipper clutch.
LED-based lighting completes this exceptional model both visually and technically. The model is supplied with three Baby-C batteries. To operate the remote control, four AA batteries are required. Rechargeable batteries are also approved for use in the model. Batteries are not included in the scope of delivery.
