We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items can be refunded; clearance items cannot be refunded.
- Returns or refunds do not apply if the product is imported or is an exclusive (discontinued) model.
- It should be noted that the company is not responsible if the client does not follow up on their order as indicated by our sales department; In the event that the client does not follow up on their order, they must assume the administrative costs indicated (failing this, the client must have constant communication with our sales department).
How will the refund be made?
The refund will be made using the same method you used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within the estimated period of approximately 30 business days after receipt of the items or evidence that you have returned the items. CAT SERVICE PERU is not responsible for delays and other circumstances that may be caused by third parties at the time of refunding the money paid.
Changes
We only replace items if they are faulty or factory damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to: contacto@catserviceperu.com with a copy to ventas@catserviceperu.com and you will have to send the product to our store at the following address Calle Santo Tomás De Aquino 473 Urb. San Diego, San Martin de Porres - Lima . If you are in the province, you must send it to the agency indicated.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, you will need to check your bank account again. Then, you must contact the banking institution for your credit or debit card. (It may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
